Working principle of hydraulic cone rolling machine
The working principle of the hydraulic cone rolling machine is to drive three working rollers(two lower rollers and one lower roller)to work together through a hydraulic system, achieving continuous plastic bending of metal sheets.
Hydraulic driven upper roller:The hydraulic cone rolling machine uses hydraulic oil in the hydraulic cylinder to push the piston vertically up and down, controlling the amount of pressure applied to the upper roller.
Lower drive roller:driven by a hydraulic motor to rotate, providing the torque required for coiling.
Feed guidance:The metal sheet enters the gap between the working rolls through the feeding device.
Forming output:After the rolling is completed, the door frame flipping mechanism moves the workpiece out.
The hydraulic cone rolling machine provides stable and controllable rolling force, suitable for complex surface machining. The hydraulic drive can achieve stepless speed regulation, adapting to different material and thickness requirements.
